FUNDRAISING

ARLIS/NA 2007 Conference Fundraiser

The 2007 ARLIS/NA Conference fundraiser will be a raffle.  Visit the Exhibit Hall to view the fabulous prizes donated by corporate donors & ARLIS/NA members and join in the fun to support the Society!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I donate an item for the raffle?

We encourage individuals and chapters to participate in this fundraising for the Society by contributing items for the raffle.  Proceeds will be used to support the ARLIS/NA Conference Speakers Fund.  We welcome works of art, handicrafts, publications, jewelry, gift baskets/bags, gift cards, etc.

Items available for the raffle will be displayed in the online photo gallery on the Conference web site.

We thank you for your contributions to this Society event! See submission guidelines below for further instructions for making donations.

How will the raffle work?

Donated items will be listed on the conference website and gallery, and during the conference they will be on display for viewing during Exhibit Hall open hours.

Tickets may be purchased during the registration process and also at the Registration Desk during the Conference.  Payment for tickets, may be made by cash, check, VISA, or Mastercard (no American Express).

Each item to be raffled will have a corresponding container where delegates place tickets and try for a chance to win!  If you have 10 tickets, you can take your chances on 10 different items, or increase your chances for any one item by placing multiple tickets in the corresponding container.

On Sunday, April 29 from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall, the winning tickets  will be drawn for each item up for raffle.  Winners may pick up their treasures at this time, or from the Conference Hospitality Desk through noon on Monday, April 30.  A list of winners will be posted on the message board in the hospitality area to inform those not able to attend the raffle drawing event.  Unclaimed items will not be mailed.  Unclaimed items become the property of ARLIS/NA
