The meeting was called to order at 10:52 a.m. and adjourned at

- Joint conference ARLIS/NA and VRA set for March 24–28,
2011
- Mid-year board meeting will be in Santa Fe in September
2011
- Membership committee will work with a company to create
branding/recruiting
- ARLIS/NA is redoing the strategic planning. Kim asked what we
would like to see happening. Suggestions: from attendees: offer
CE online for art librarians, expand mentorship to leadership,
find external financial support to have speakers at
ARLIS/NA.

- Web site will be moved to WordPress.
VII. Items for discussion
- All agreed that ARLIS/SE will donate $250.00 in honor of
James Findlay to his library.
- Suggestions to improve the web site are always welcome.

VIII. Newsletter Editor's report (by Cary

- Reminder of deadline for ARTifacts news, articles and
photos for January issue is December 3. New members are invited
to submit brief bios with photos to introduce themselves.

look into the possibility of having it in Asheville, N.C.
