Volunteer at the Registration/Hospitality Desk...
Dear Colleagues,
Looking for ways to meet new friends? Need to hook up with old ones?
Consider volunteering at the Registration/Hospitality Desk!
The Volunteer Schedule and the Online Volunteer Registration Form are located below. At least two volunteers per shift are needed, more being welcome on Thursday and Friday—the first two days of the conference. Orientation will take place near the Registration/Hospitality Desk on Thursday at 11:00 am before the beginning of the first shift and on Friday at 9:00 am. Please indicate if you will be able to attend either one.
The Volunteer Schedule will be updated periodically on the Conference website to help you remember which shift(s) you signed up for. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer immediately, please fill out and submit the form below or contact me directly at nlonchyna@ncmamail.dcr.state.nc.us.
If you will be arriving in Atlanta on Wednesday evening, please consider volunteering to help put together the conference packets. The more the merrier! Guaranteed to be fun!
